My Attempts Revealed

As promised, I'll share my insights. First and foremost, a sitting belly dance session can be achieved. My focus was primarily on posture and how it's different than with standing. The posture just feels different. Most of the focus was mainly on upper body movements such as the body wave or chest circles. However, for tribal fusion it was perfect. I would recommend trying these drills. Snake arms. Chest circles with floreo. Belly rolls up then down. Body wave Belly pulses and flutters Reverse undulations. Hope this helps.
