Hello fellow or new belly dancers, Alissandra Coffey here....
As mentioned, Alissandra Coffey here.
I'm in a bit of a sad state. Due to the fact that I work as a stylist and that I'm a very active individual, I sprained my left ankle. Ugh! Let's just say that long hours on your feet paired with exercising excessively is not a good pot of tea.
However, my attitude with injuries is that of curriousity of what I can do while I recover.
My challenge today is to pick one of my tribal fusion drills and try it sitting down, since I have to stay off my left ankle.
I'll post as to how it goes.
I hope that this post will help to either expand you belly dance practice or help other fellow dancers who have injuries or limitations.
Cheers!
